1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Orders for perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, food items, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation. However, refund or replacement may be allowed if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product.

  • The request will be entertained only after the merchant/vendor verifies and confirms the defect at their end.

  • If the product received is different from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, we will take the appropriate decision.

3. Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for service, replacement, or refund as per their policy.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
